Maryland Watch Works and Meinelschmidt Distillery would like to welcome you to a gathering of Watch brands, and local Distilleries. The brands will exhibit in Hagerstown, MD in person July 2th-28th 12pm -5pm each day. Open FREE to the public 40 S Potomac St Hagerstown, MD 21740 with a $10 fee to enter the distilleries sample area.

Located between New York City and Washington, DC, Hagerstown, MD, “Hub City”, sits at the crossroads of two major interstates I-70 and I-81, and is the regional airport (HGR) of Allegiant Airlines. Hagerstown is also 1 hour away from BWI and IAD airports.

About the Event

Two Days, Amazing Vendors, Great Times!

Watches and Whiskey is a brand new created hybrid platform that brings together two things that people love, watches and a well-crafted beverage. On July 27 and 28 brand owners, retailers, collectors, enthusiasts, the media and the community will converge on Hagerstown Maryland with the aim of enjoying horology and spirits. This two day event places the customers of the brands and exhibitors at the heart of its focus, allowing customers to get close to watches that are generally only available for purchase online or are retailers overseas.

Representatives from each of our watch companies will be available to provide the most up to date information on all the latest watch styles and complications. Small local distilleries, wineries and breweries will also be offering hidden gems to sample.

In addition, we will have dedicated rooms and tables apart from the main vendor areas where enthusiasts may display their own collections, just like a typical watch get-together, allowing for exchanges, sales, conversation, and networking.

Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Ticket Purchase

Tickets can be purchased at the Watches and Whiskey event on July 27-28, 2024.
On the Maryland Watch Works website
Each ticket costs $100.

Drawing and Winner Notification

The raffle drawing will be held on December 16, 2024.
Winners will be notified via contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days of the drawing date.
If it is not claimed the items will be auctioned off.

Charitable Contribution

A portion of the proceeds from the raffle will be donated to The Veterans Watchmakers Initiative, supporting their mission to train and support veterans in the art of watchmaking.

General Terms

By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
The organizers reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the raffle, including prize substitutions of equal or greater value.
The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
